As EVP of Partnership Strategy for Softvision, Snjezana has more than 25 years of experience in the high-tech and entertainment industries. She is responsible for delivering technology-enabled products and services and building innovative and award-winning partnership-focused experiences and solutions for world-class brands and corporations.
A results-driven technology and operations leader, she leads the organization in building scalable and appealing business and technology solutions that enhance the end-user’s experience and digital journey. Snjezana has developed captivating business-to-consumer online destinations for large enterprises, and used data warehousing and data analytics to create competitive advantages and support decision-making processes for clients.
Her experience includes building and managing teams across highly matrixed organizations, and promoting a culture where Softvision’s success is directly linked to the success of client partners.
Prior to joining Softvision, Snjezana was the COO at a technology start-up in Vancouver. In addition, she has held leadership positions at Globant, Electronic Arts, IBM Global Services, and PWC.
Snjezana received both her Master of Science in Management Information Systems, and her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sarajevo, Yugoslavia.
She is a member of The Center for Digital Media Faculty and passionate about mentoring students and contributing her industry knowledge to the digital community.
